Last night I made this card with my friend - even though we're in separate states, we can still hang out together and create! It's the next best thing, I reckon!
This card is for the Just Us Girls "Spotlight" challenge - and even though I have seen this technique before, I haven't actually used it myself...so it was my 1st time!
I started off using a different stamp set, but in the end settled for this one as I have a Bride-To-Be that's going to need this card soon!
stamps: SU big on spring, Kaiser flourishes
cardstock: basic black, whisper white, melon mambo
ink: basic black, melon mambo, perfect plum, so saffon, & some blue I don't remember
dimensionals, black taffeta ribbon, nestibilities circles
I love this. I've not seen 'spotlighting' done with a sentiment image before. It's turned out great, really effective. Love that bunch of colour!
