Just a quickie today as I have guests about to arrive any minute now, for the week. My "burst of colour" is a small burst of colour, but it is a burst of colour! Here is the picture that we got to use as "inspiration".
I have embossed the white backing and the back butterfly is white gloss. And I'm still loving Stampin' Ups white organza ribbon! The striped paper is an old Kaiser 12x12.

Well I think your card came together well with what you had in mind last week! Love how you have used a second layer to add the bright burst of colour and I like how you added texture to the card base by embossing it. Love it!
